shopping and nightlife. The grounds are fully fenced with
electric gates and the gravel drive leads to a covered
parking area with space for three cars.
The interior designed villa has been decorated using a pastel
palette with very modern features and using many natural
materials and there are modern pieces of art and sculpture
throughout the villa and grounds. To the right of the main
entrance is a courtyard area with water feature and
comfortable seating and from here glass doors lead into the
living area and you access bedroom on, a double with ensuite
shower room. Stairs lead down to the lower level with
laundry room and storage.
The large living room with double height ceiling, feature
fireplace and white painted beams links to the formal dining
room via an archway. Both are beautifully furnished with
some excellent lighting features. The modern wood and
chrome kitchen has an American fridge, built in oven and
microwave and double sink unit. Doors lead off all rooms to
the partially covered terrace which runs the length of the
house. Here you wi l l find the outside dining area and sofas
and chairs with low level tables. There are four bedrooms in
the main house, two with en-suite bathrooms and two sharing
a family bathroom.
The gardens are mainly laid to lawn surrounded by mature
shrubs and trees and there is a 12 x 6 metre swimming pool
.There is also a pool house with wet bar, sofas and all
weather television. Bedroom 6 has an independent entrance
accessed from terrace and garden, it is a spacious
double/twin with walk in closet an en-suite shower room and
from here you can also access the rear garden.
